Consider recommendations regarding Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter Control Program Agreement No. 23-0529-038-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with the CDFA to receive reimbursement and services related to the Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter Control Program in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $212,144.15; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4).
