Consider recommendations regarding the Real Estate Fraud Prosecution Program Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Report, as follows: a) Receive and file the Real Estate Fraud Prosecution Program Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Report; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
