Consider recommendations regarding a Weights and Measures Fuels, Lubricants and Automotive Products Agreement No. 24-0171-000-SA, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) to receive reimbursements for the Fuels, Lubricants and Automotive Products Compliance Program of Santa Barbara County for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $6,375.00; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4).
