Consider recommendations regarding the Regents of the University Cooperative Extension (UCCE) Agreement for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement with the Regents of the University of California for services delivered by the UCCE Office for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $180,000.00; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as administrative government activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
