City of Guadalupe - Approve the requests of the City of Guadalupe, as follows: a) Call and give notice for a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for the election of certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California and requesting to consolidate the General Municipal Election with the Statewide General Election pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code; and b) Adopt regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidate statements and materials submitted to the electorate to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
