HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding a report on the preparations for Wildfires and Public Safety Power Shut Offs (PSPS), as follows: (EST. TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Receive and File a report on County preparedness efforts for Wildfires and PSPS; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) because it is organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
