Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Employee Lodging During Emergencies Policy, as follows: a) Approve and adopt the Employee Lodging During Emergencies Policy which establishes guidance on lodging for County employees who are unable to return home due to emergencies; and b) Determine that the action is not a “project” under the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) because it is an are organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
