Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Agreement with Child Abuse Listening and Mediation (CALM) for forensic interviews, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement of Services for Independent Contractor with CALM to provide forensic interviews for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), because they consist of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
