HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Fire Safe Council and Santa Barbara County Fire Department Fuels Reduction and Wildfire Prevention Activities, as follows: (EST. TIME: 45 MIN.) a) Receive and file the following presentation as informational only for fuel reduction, educational activities and related accomplishments managed by the Santa Barbara County Fire Safe Council and the Santa Barbara County Fire Department; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061 (b) (3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
