Consider recommendations regarding the Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund (CRMF): Annual Status Report and Combined 2024-2025 Cycle, as follows: a) Receive and file the annual CRMF Status Report; b) Direct staff to commence a combined two-year 2024-2025 Coastal Resources Mitigation Fund cycle; and c) Determine that receiving the annual Status Report and allocating 2024 and 2025 annual fees into the general allocation and acquisition sub funds are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15378(b)(4) and 15378(5).
