Consider recommendations regarding the approval of an Agreement for Services of Contactor on Payroll between County Counsel and Ruben Daniel Lopez, Attorney at Law, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Contractor on Payroll between County Counsel and Ruben Daniel Lopez, Attorney at Law, in an amount not to exceed $102,369.00, for the period of June 24, 2024 to June 23, 2025; and b) Determine that the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) and 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they consist of government administrative activities or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
