Consider recommendations regarding the acceptance of a $60,000.00 cash donation to the Department of Social Services from CenCal Health for the Farmworker Resource Center, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the Social Services Director to accept a $60,000.00 cash donation from CenCal Health for the Farmworker Resource Center; and b) Determine that the activity is not a “Project” subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
