Consider recommendations regarding County Service Area No. 41, Cebada Canyon Road Maintenance Assessments for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025, Third District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution establishing road maintenance charges (with no increase in benefit assessment) for County Service Area No. 41 for FY 2024-2025; and b) Find that the proposed action is for the establishment, modification, structuring, restructuring, or approval of rates, tolls, fares, or other charges by public agencies which the public agency finds are for the purpose of meeting operating expenses; that the proposed action is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines 14 CCR 15273(a) (1).
