Consider recommendations regarding an agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter for Transitional Supportive Housing, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Subrecipient Agreement funded through State Public Safety Realignment funding with Good Samaritan Shelter to provide transitional supportive housing for a total contract amount not to exceed $400,000.00 from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025; and b) Determine that the above recommended actions are not the approval of a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
