HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Recommended Budget for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara as the Successor Agency to the former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency, entitled In the Matter of Adopting the Budget for FY 2024-2025 for the County of Santa Barbara as Successor Agency to the Former County of Santa Barbara Redevelopment Agency; and b) Determine pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) that the above fiscal activities are not a project subject to CEQA.
