Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to Professional Services Agreements with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades and Indirect Potable Reuse Study, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 7 to a Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Plant Upgrades to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2024; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to a Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Indirect Potable Reuse Study to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2024; and c) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15378(b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
