Consider recommendations to Establish the Job Classification of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Operational Supervisor, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to establish the job classification of EMS Operational Supervisor (Class No. 8033, Range No. 033, $41.779 to $60.793 per hour); and b) Determine that the above actions are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
