City of Goleta - Approve the request from the City of Goleta to consolidate a General Municipal Election to be held on November 5, 2024, as follows: a) Consolidate a General Municipal Election to be held on November 5, 2024, with the Presidential General Election to be held on the date pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code; and b) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election on November 5, 2024, for the submission of a proposed Ordinance/Measure extending Measure G by twenty years upon its expiration, requesting that the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors consolidate this election with the Presidential General Election to be held on November 5, 2024, and setting rules for direct arguments and rebuttals concerning the proposed Ordinance/Measure.
