Consider recommendations regarding the termination of the Proclamation of Local Emergency caused by the February 2024 storms, last action April 2, 2024, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution Terminating the Proclamation of Local Emergency caused by the February 2024 Storms in Santa Barbara County pursuant to Government Code Section 8630; b) Receive an update on the February 2024 Storms and their impacts; and c) Determine that these actions are exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15269.
