Consider recommendations regarding the Certification of Election Results for the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election, as follows: a) Accept and file the Certified Statement of the Results of the Official Canvass and Official Election Summary for the Presidential Primary Election held on March 5, 2024, and declare those persons elected and declare the results as required by law; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
