HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding County Ballot Measures Assessment Issues Survey Results for Library and General Tax, as follows: (EST. TIME: 45 MIN.) a) Receive and file the presentation from Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz and Associates Research on potential county tax measure(s) survey results; b) Provide direction to staff, as appropriate; and c) Determine that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) the above actions are not a project subject to CEQA review because they are administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
