HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Long Range Planning Division (LRP) Fiscal Years (FYs) 2024 - 2027 Work Program, as follows: (EST. TIME: 45 MIN.) a) Receive a report on the staff-recommended Long Range Planning FYs 2024 - 2027 Work Program; b) Provide any direction that the Board would like to make regarding the staff-recommended Long Range Planning FYs 2024 - 2027 Work Program; and c) Determine that the Board’s action is not a “project” that is subject to environmental review pursuant to the State California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines [Section 15378(b)(5)].
