Consider recommendations regarding the appointment of Christopher Sneddon, Public Works Director, as County Road Commissioner, as follows: a) Approve and adopt a Resolution appointing Chris Sneddon, Public Works Director as County Road Commissioner effective April 1, 2024; and b) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment).
