Consider recommendations regarding statements of final quantities for Jalama Road Culvert Replacement at Mile Post 4.3, County Project No. 862415, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for: Jalama Road Culvert Replacement at Mile Post 4.3; and b) Determine that the Statement of Final Quantities is an administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and is therefore exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
