Consider recommendations regarding new stop controls, First District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to establish new stop controls on Hot Springs Road at the intersection with Riven Rock Road in the First District; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are for the operation and maintenance of an existing public facility, involving negligible, or no expansion of use beyond that which presently exists and is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301 (c), and approve and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
