Consider recommendations regarding the declaration of election of certain candidates nominated to the Democratic and Republican County Central Committees at the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election, as follows: a) Pursuant to California Elections Code Sections 7228 and 7423, declare elected the candidates listed, who have been nominated for election at the March 5, 2024 Presidential Primary Election to the Democratic and Republican County Central Committees; and b) Determine that the above action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
