CONSIDER ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN PABLO (1) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOR NORTH AMERICA, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE GIANT ROAD BRIDGE REPAIR PROJECT (0200) AND THE GIANT ROAD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (0601) IN THE AMOUNT OF $140,000 WITH A 15% CONTINGENCY, FOR A TOTAL AUTHORIZATION NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $161,000; AND (2) TRANSFERRING FY 2026-27 PUBLIC WORKS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATING BUDGET FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $64,400 TO THE GIANT ROAD BRIDGE REPAIR PROJECT AND IN THE AMOUNT OF $96,600 TO THE GIANT ROAD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT CEQA COMPLIANCE STATEMENT: The Giant Road Bridge Repair Project was assessed and determined to be Categorically Exempt from environmental review under Section 15301(d) of the CEQA Regulations. The CEQA Notice of Exemption (NOE) was originally filed at the Contra Costa County Clerk’s Office on June 18, 2021. The Giant Road Rehabilitation Project was assessed and determined to be Categorically Exempt from environmental review under Section 15301(c)&(d) and 15304(f) of the CEQA Guidelines. The NOE was originally filed at the Contra Costa County Clerk’s Office on August 11, 2021.
