ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN PABLO AMENDING TITLE 8, CHAPTER 8.42, OF THE SAN PABLO MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE EXISTING REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE POSSESSION, SALE, AND USE OF FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO CEQA: The proposed amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.
