CONSIDER ADOPTING RESOLUTION (1) AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ROOFING MATERIALS USING A COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM ESTABLISHED BY THE STATE PURSUANT TO THE SAN PABLO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3.16.110 (E) FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT (0107) (“PROJECT”) IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $176,920 WITH AN APPROXIMATE 15% CONTINGENCY FOR A TOTAL AUTHORIZATION NOT TO EXCEED $203,500 AND (2) APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE BUILDING & FACILITIES MAINTENANCE RESERVE FUND (FUND 130) TO THE PROJECT CEQA: This project is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Existing Facilities, as it consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination. The CEQA Notice of Exemption will be filed following award.
