CONSIDER ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN PABLO (1) ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY PARC ENVIRONMENTAL FOR THE 2600 MORAGA ROAD ABATEMENT AND DEMOLITION PROJECT (0501) AS COMPLETE; (2) DIRECTING CITY ENGINEER TO FILE A NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE COUNTY RECORDER; AND (3) RE-APPROPRIATING UNUSED FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,665 FUND BALANCE TO THE SAN PABLO DAM ROAD/GATEWAY PROJECT (0605) CEQA: This demolition project is part of the proposed 2600 Moraga Road Park Renovation Project. CEQA review was completed in March 2021. It was determined to be categorically exempt in accordance to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) and 15332 (In-Fill Development Project) of the CEQA guidelines, on the basis that this project involves minor alterations to the land. The Public Works Department filed a Notice of Exemption (NOE), dated March 11, 2021, with the Contra Costa County Clerk.
