Adopt a resolution: A) Approving and adopting the Department of Housing Parking Policy for Stone Pine Cove, an affordable farmworker housing community located in the City of Half Moon Bay; and B) Authorizing the Director of the Department of Housing, or the Director’s designee, to administer and enforce the Department of Housing Parking Policy through citation and/or towing, as authorized by applicable law, for violations of posted parking restrictions; and C) Authorizing the Director of the Department of Housing, or the Director’s designee, to make administrative and non-substantive changes to the Department of Housing Parking Policy, including updates to parking designations, permits, procedures, and signage, consistent with Board authorization and as needed to comply with applicable law.
