Acting as the Governing Board of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (District), adopt a resolution: A) Authorizing the County Executive or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District a certificate of acceptance thereby accepting a sanitary sewer easement; and B) Authorizing the County Executive, or their designee, to execute any and all notices, consent, approvals, terminations, and documents as required in connection with the intent of this resolution.
