Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) Accepting the dedication and transfer of real property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 005-510-(not yet assessed) (“Property”), consisting of “Parcel B” and “Parcel C” in the Callippe Hill area of San Bruno Mountain, to the County of San Mateo; and B) Authorizing the County Executive, or their designee, to execute and record, such documents as may be necessary to effectuate the acceptance and transfer, including but not limited to the escrow instruction, certificate of acceptance and grant deed.
