Recommendation for the following appointment and reappointments to the Independent Civilian Advisory Commission on the Sheriff’s Office (ICAC or Commission): A) Appointment of David Satterwhite, representing Sheriff’s Nominee, for an initial partial term ending June 30, 2028; and B) Reappointment of Reginald Duhe, as Supervisorial District 1 member, for a first full 3-year term ending June 30, 2029; and C) Reappointment of Rob Silano, as Supervisorial District 4 member, for a first full 3-year term ending June 30, 2029; and D) Reappointment of Kalimah Salahuddin, as Supervisorial District 5 member, for a first full 3-year term ending June 30, 2029; and E) Reappointment of Shirley Melnicoe, as At-Large Member, for a first full 3-year term ending June 30, 2029; and F) Reappointment of Alexis Lewis, as At-large Alternate, for a first full 3-year term ending June 30, 2029.
