Conduct a public hearing regarding the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Program (CDBG-CV) funded Shores Landing Project as follows: A) Open a public hearing B) Close a public hearing C) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Housing, or Designee, to submit the Project Closeout materials for the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Program (CDBG-CV) funded Shores Landing Project, including all related certifications, understandings and assurances contained therein to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and to take all necessary actions in connection with the submission of Project Closeout materials.
