Adopt a resolution: A) Authorizing and directing the President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an agreement with Heritage Fire Protection for fire sprinkler services at various County-owned and -maintained Health and Hospital facilities, for the term of June 23, 2026 through June 22, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $296,630; and B) Authorizing the Director of Public Works, or designee(s), to: 1. Execute subsequent amendments for as-needed repair services, in an additional amount not to exceed $203,370; and 2. Approve payment for a total not-to-exceed amount up to $500,000 in aggregate.
