Acting as the Governing Board of the Area Agency on Aging for the County of San Mateo, adopt a resolution authorizing the San Mateo County Health Chief or the Chief’s designee to accept Older Americans Act funds from the California Department of Aging for programs and services under Title III and Title VII of the Older Americans Act, including federal and state funds, in a total amount not to exceed $4,843,093.
