Adopt a resolution authorizing the establishment of a “No Oversized Vehicle Parking” zone on both sides of Capistrano Road in the unincorporated Half Moon Bay area commencing at a point 120 feet southerly of the centerline of Highway 1 and extending southerly a distance of 1,630 feet, more or less.
