Adopt a resolution authorizing the County Executive, or designee, to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the San Mateo County Exposition and Fair Association to provide County funding for a feasibility study for expansion and improvement of the Event Center, for a term through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
