Adopt a resolution: A) Waiving the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and authorizing an Agreement with ChargePoint for automotive charging station services at various County facilities, for the term of April 9, 2026 through April 8, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $646,670; and B) Authorizing the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute amendments, which modify the County’s maximum fiscal obligation by an additional $53,330 for as-needed services, so long as the modified term and/or services are within the current or revised fiscal provision.
