Adopt an ordinance: (1) repealing Title 10 (Building Regulations) of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code; and (2) adopting a new Title 10 (Building Regulations), adopting by reference the 2025 edition of the California Building Standards Code (Title 24, Parts 1 through 12) and the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code, including local amendments, previously introduced on February 24, 2026 with exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15308 and 15061(b)(3); and waive reading of the ordinance in its entirety.
