Recommendation to: A) Adopt a resolution amending Master Salary Resolution No. 081316 to add five positions in Public Works - Facilities and delete four positions in County Executive Office (Project Development Unit); and B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) to appropriate revenue and expenditures in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $830,118, to provide for management and oversight of the Project Development Unit Projects by the Department of Public Works.
