Adopt an ordinance previously introduced October 21, 2025, and waive the reading of the ordinance in its entirety: A) Amending Section 2.00.020 of Title 2 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code to rename the Information Services Department (ISD) to the Technology Services Department, and to retitle related job classifications; and B) Adding Section 2.19.010 establishing the Director of Technology Services, (Chief Information Officer) And Duties; and C) Adding Section 2.19.020 defining the responsibilities of the Technology Services Department.
