Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with the County of San Mateo Transit District (“District”) exercising the option to extend the agreement by one five-year term and receive law enforcement services from the Sheriff's Office, from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2030, with reimbursement to the County for FY 2025-26 in the amount of $9,633,203 and revised calculated rates effective July 1 of each year of the term.
