Approve the Coastal Development Permit, PLN2025-00330, by making findings and adopting the conditions of approval in Attachment A; and 2. Adopt a resolution establishing a “No Parking Any Time” zone on Carlos Street from Etheldore/Vallemar Street to Highway 1 in unincorporated Moss Beach.
