Recommendation to: A) Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) for distribution of the FY 2025 Alcohol Policing Partnership (APP) Program grant funds to the County of San Mateo Sheriff’s Office, for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $75,000; and B) Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) in the amount of $75,000 to establish a budget appropriation and record revenue for the FY 2025 Alcoholic Policing Partnership (APP) Program grant.
