Acting as the Governing Board of the Area Agency on Aging for the County of San Mateo, adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The San Mateo County Health Chief or the Chief’s designee to accept Older Americans Act funds from the California Department of Aging for programs and services under Title III and Title VII; and B) The San Mateo County Health Chief or the Chief’s designee to execute Older Americans Act community provider agreements, during or for the term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in a total amount not to exceed $5,561,829.
