Adopt a resolution: A) Adopting plans and specifications, including conformance with prevailing wage scale requirements, for the Maguire Correctional Facility Elevators 1 through 4 Modernization Project; and B) Authorizing the President of the Board to execute an agreement with San Francisco Elevator Services, LLC for the Maguire Correctional Facility Elevators 1 through 4 Modernization Project in the amount of $3,997,000; and C) Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute subsequent change orders to grant time extensions for project completion and payment up to a maximum aggregate amount not to exceed $399,700, or 10 percent of the agreement amount and a $160,000 allowance for refurbishment of the elevator cab interiors; and D) Authorizing the Director of Public Works to approve payment up to the not-to-exceed amount of $4,556,700 for the Maguire Correctional Facility Elevators 1 through 4 Modernization Project.
