Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) An agreement with Advantage Asset Tracking Corporation for global positioning system devices on County vehicles and equipment, for the term of June 10, 2025 through June 9, 2028, in an amount not-to-exceed $540,000; and B) An option to extend the agreement with Advantage Asset Tracking Corporation for up to two additional one-year terms, in an amount not to exceed an additional $180,000 per year, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $900,000, at the sole discretion of the Director of Public Works or designee.
