Adopt a resolution authorizing: A) The President of the Board of Supervisors to execute an amendment to the agreement with BKF Engineers for civil engineering and other related technical services for the Stone Pine Cove Farm Labor Housing Project in the amount of $119,500 for additional service requests and a revised contract value of $630,500; and B) The County Executive Officer, or designee, to execute subsequent change orders that modify the terms and conditions of the agreement and increasing the contract value by $30,000 in aggregate for a maximum contract amount of $660,500.
